Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at Diamond Interchem. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the chemical industry, as well as assisting with sales and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with sales and order processing, including handling quotes and placing orders
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other members of the customer support team to identify and resolve issues
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using our Ticketing system
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as necessary


  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
