We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemist or Chemical Engineer to join our growing chemical formulation business. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating new products, as well as optimizing existing ones, using a wide range of chemicals and techniques. A strong background in chemistry and experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create new chemical products and optimize existing ones
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to determine the best formulation approaches
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Ensure that all products are developed in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify new opportunities for product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and techniques
• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
